FIRST STAGE
Born 1905. Brought up in Brooklyn. Her

SECOND STAGE
Actress on Broadway. One of the first
actresses on TV. Opened a photography studio.
Photography business - making backgrounds for TV. Built sets
for TV shows including the Ed Sullivan Show. Invented a
system for projecting slides creating a moving effect.
Technology moved on, and her business declined.
THIRD STAGE
1973 - aged 68 - moved to Arizona. Collected
broadcasting and fashion memorabilia. Built her own museum -
the "Grace Museum of America". The museum is
dedicated to telling the history of the United States and features
her own collection of artifacts. This is very much a showcase for
the wonderful life she has led - and is still leading. At
the age of almost 100, Grace Frederick is still taking visitors
around her museum. Grace seems to have had a wonderful life
and contributed much to society, as well as making the most of her
third stage. An inspiration for us all, perhaps.
